Hampton Court's Art Collection in 1900

Arthur H. Beavan continued his survey of art collections in London in Imperial London, published in 1901, with this brief mention of the paintings to be seen in Hampton Court:

"At Hampton Court Palace there are over a thousand pictures, including works by Sir G. Kneller, Leonardo da Vinci, Tintoretto, Velasquez, Holbein, Titian, Paul Veronese, Lely, Correggio, and West, etc, the last being portraits of Royalties."
